By using this website (amzync.com), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (individual or a single entity) and amzync.com. It governs your use of this Service made available to you by amzync.com.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use our Service.

Amendments to this Agreement

Amzync reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service without notice. Any new features that improve the current Service will be subject to the current Terms of Service. Using the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Amzync takes your privacy very seriously. You can review our privacy policy here. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. If you do not agree with any terms in this privacy notice, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.

The provision of, access to, and use of, the Services is on an "as is " basis and at your own risk.

Amzync does not warrant that the Service is free from bugs, viruses, errors, or other program limitations.

Content and Ownership

You will respect our proprietary rights in the software we have created to provide the Service. Proprietary rights include, but aren’t limited to the software developed code generated, and other intellectual property.

Your Proprietary Rights 

You retain ownership of the content that you upload to the Service. Amzync claims no intellectual property rights over the content you upload or provide to the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or any other intangible loss) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the services or any content on the website and Service. You agree we will have no liability for any data that may be destroyed, lost or otherwise rendered inaccessible, whether because you failed to backup your data or for any other reason.

Service change and fees

Amzync reserves the right to temporarily or permanently edit or suspend the Service at any time for any reason with or without notice.

Amzync reserves the right to change their fees within 15 days notice. Fee change notices will be posted on our website, amzync.com, or via email.

Termination

You are responsible for the cancellation of your account. You may cancel your account at any time by clicking on the “Subscriptions” link in the navigation menu of the Service.The subscription section provides a straightforward link to cancel your account. Email or phone requests to cancel your account will not be deemed cancellation. Your account and all of its content will still be available if you desire to continue using our Service in the future. 

You can permanently delete your account by clicking on the “permanently delete” link in the settings page. Deleting your account, can’t be reversed and your account with all of its content will not be available.

You may cancel at any time, but you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including full monthly charges for the month in which you discontinued Service. From this point on, you will not be charged again.

Amzync reserves the right to temporarily or permanently edit, suspend, or terminate your account at any time for any reason without notice or refund. Amzync also reserves the right to delete all content associated with your account. 

Payments and Access

A valid credit card is needed to make payments. A credit card is not required to create or use a free account.

Amzync will charge a monthly fee based on your account type. The Service is charged one month in advance and is refundable at a prorated basis if the month that has been charged has not completed. 

Should you change your type of account, your credit card will be charged the new billing amount immediately. From this point on, your credit card will be charged the new billing rate every 30 days unless you cancel your account.
